OOV certified pilates instructor Tania Drago will be guiding you through an introduction of OOV exercises designed to challenge your core, mobility and stability.
The Oov is incredibly versatile, offering countless ways to move and engage your core muscles! Tania will teach you the unique ways it can be used, helping you through breathing and balance exercises that improve body awareness and control, along with specific exercises designed to boost mobility and reduce tension. She will cover techniques for testing your imbalances and positioning yourself correctly.
