Learn about your inner unit, diaphragmatic breathing + more to help you leave feeling better than when you entered. If you're interested in taking the Kane School Pilates certification this summer, this class will be a great way to get a head start on
learning the techniques and curriculum. Join us even if you’re not interested in the training!
