I just wanted to tell you that I had the most amazing private with Maria last night and two recent sessions where I was lucky enough to have a private with her.
Last night, she worked with me on my hinging (which I’ve decided to stop fighting as I really don’t need to do rollups). She helped me with my balance, getting the feel for being in the right position—adjusting my back, my hips, my heels, my toes, and trying to explain how to get my left hip down (not that I can do it but I am starting to get it). She takes great care of me---she is truly a gifted teacher and a lovely person. I am very grateful for her and to you and all your teachers. It’s a gift to feel strong and not be in pain.

Shila and Maria are a great team! Working with the two of them is a win win! Shila identifies my imbalances and their causes with her experience and talent, and takes the time to explain them to me. Maria's understanding of all Shila identifies and works with enables her to focus on my imbalances and needed strengthening and postural changes via Pilates. Maria's observation drawn from working with me, help Shila in my treatment as well. With these two excellent practitioners, I have been able to understand my chronic pain and with their help reduce it significantly, for the first time in over many years!

I'm a 500 hr RYT and beach volleyball player. Over the years, I've had recurring trouble with my lower back due to hyperlordosis. After visiting with Zoe and doing some work on the area, I was a little sore but didn't think much of it. My back felt great. I practiced the self-care exercises she offered me. Over the next couple weeks I noticed I was playing volleyball really well- a new range of motion opened up to me! I was able to jump higher and move faster without pain or restriction. I knew this could be attributed to Zoe's body work. It went above and beyond what I can do for myself through yoga. It aligned my body more than anything I've tried, from chiropractic, yoga, stability balls, etc. Thanks Zoe!

After just seven sessions with Zoe I saw a huge difference in my day-to-day life. I experienced less migraines, tension headaches, and vertigo overall. I have been more conscious about my posture and body as a whole. I like to start off my day with an active wall exercise that Zoe introduced to me where I spend two-three minutes working on my alignment in my neck and shoulder area. In the evening before going to bed I usually practice a relaxation exercise for my neck and my sacrum region. What I admired most about Zoe is how thorough she was during each assessment and session. I highly recommend her!
